**This checklist will help you identify the organizational systems and practices you can strengthen or create to build a more inclusive organization for people and a more powerful movement for animals.**

You will find:

- A list of key workplace domains (e.g., compensation, onboarding) to evaluate. 
- Guiding questions to assess each domain.
- Examples of high-impact inclusive practices.

How to use the checklist:

- Gather a diverse group of employees to score each domain.
- Identify 1 or 2 areas to focus on first.
- Aim to eventually achieve a score of 4 or higher each each domain.
